Tbh pal it has its good and bad moments can really feel the torque though hoping for some good figuires on dyno will do a 30-70 for piggy when I put some fuel in

hdi box is same as xud apart from final drive...so the 2nd to 3rd gap is that same old jump.

will see how dumdum gets on with his 6speed eco box...I may consider trying to do something similar

Dumdum hasn't got a gti6 box CJ, it's an eco box off a derv; though can't for the life of me remember which one! It can't be the 206 Hdi with the green 'i', as that was only 5-spd, so I can only assume it's one off a 2.2 16v hdi such as the 406 coupe or similar...

no dumdum does have a 6speed box, and a hdi box and a 5speed 206 eco box.
he is building a 6speed eco box out of the lot!

and I mean I want a 6speed box but with a better final drive ratio for the diesel

Just for piggy 30-70 3rd vid starts bang on 30 I make it at 5.75 seconds so 0.25 second longer than 2nd gear

Its sayin processing on youtube and has for a bit upload it when I can but im rather impressed maself wasnt expecting that as its laggin down low due to egr caked in shit and fuel filter 3 year old and throttle position sensor fault lol

Cheers bud just different than the norm and stands out a mile few more bits to wrap and re do handles as theyre a real awkward shape so f*cked first attempt up but not wrapped for agesss lol

I like idea of wrapping, but sounds tricky esp on such itty bitty trims bits!

Its not easy tbh I need to redo a few bits as didnt have a geat gun so had to use hairdryer but better with heat gun so can really stretch it
