Well I slept well last night, found some own brand sleeping pills, decided that I was going to get my sleeping pattern back to normal and at first I didn't think they were going to work but when I went to bed I was absolutely zonked but think I might of taken too many as I've been up for nearly an hour and still can hardly move.

Holy thread revival batman!
Anyone else still awake? Really struggled to sleep the last few nights, waking up pretty much every hour, and tonight I've woken up, and now I can't get back to sleep again. Bah.

Lol I was awake most of the night but I just try and go back to sleep. CBA moving to grab my laptop and come on here lol.

Struggle Cuddle always gets me off to sleep WIN.

My problem is that my phone is right next to the bed, very little effort required to pick it up! Just been forcefully ejected from the bed so I can take my daughter home. No fair. Might go back to bed when I get in.
Anyone tried those kalms tablets?
03-01-2014, 02:28 PM
Tried exercise before bed? Only gentle, I walk the dog up to the park and back before I turn it, works for me.
Of course a shag did the trick last night. With my lass, not the dog, just to be clear

I don't have a dog, so giving the missus one is my only other option really, although that hasnt happened the last few nights, as it'd be a bit weird doing that with my daughters sleeping at the foot of our bed! Bought some Nytol earlier, so will give them a try tonight, as well as the "other".

Well, I can definitively day that nytol tablets work. Didn't make me feel drowsy or anything, but I went to bed about 2am, and didn't wake up once until 11.30! Best sleep I've had all year so far!

Haha, busted. We decided to knock the "last one to post wins", as it was just an excuse for people to bump their post count up with pointless posts....something we're trying to combat now, hence its now just the "random chat/insomnia" thread.
07-01-2014, 10:56 PM
If we were to delete this thread everyone's post count would drop like 100 posts haha
