If you want the money that much you'll suck it up and sell the rallye.

Talk to the cab, they can help you with suggestions at the very least and they'll have access to real information, rather than internet hearsay.

The island is full of old people, knock on doors, explain your situation and ask if there's anything you can do to help around the house. Even if they don't give you anything for it there's someone else to keep an eye out for jobs for you, one more contact etc.

This! Offer to clean cars, mow lawns, paint fences, trim hedges etc and say to them that your not necessarily looking for just money, if they'd feed you or have an old can of veg or diesel in the garage youd happily take it.

Deffo ring crisis loan mate give em ya ni number and they will tell you there and then if you can have one anyone can get a crisis loan even if your working you can get one
