Engine mount?

Hi all over the past 3 days or so im starting to feel the engine threw my pedals more and more. It's got to the stage where its really putting me off driving it as it shacks my feet lol. Could it be a knackered engine mount?

If you put it in 2nd gear and jab the go pedal, does the car really rock violently?

Nope seems fine, I no its started to jump when I take my foot off the accelerator which can be noticed more in 3rd and 4th. Don't no if that related, also when I first turn the car on after its been sitting over night the engine doesn't half kick. The exhurst bangs off the bumper and the hole car shacks for a second.

get under the drivers side of the engine and have a look at lower engine mount/bush.
get someone to rock engine too and see

Only thing I would add is you're probably wasting your time with a pattern part. I would go OE or polybush. It's enough of a pain in the arse that you don't want to be doing it again soon.
