Im fitting some slim line fans on my D turbo and i want them to work as the orginal 1s did as in 1 comes on and then the other when it gets hotter. How hard or easy is this to do? Anyone give me some pointers

Got the fans all sorted. I used the wiring off the orignal fans and joins the slim line fans wire to the standard wiring loom.
Anyone know how to wire the fans up so i can also turn them on when i want to?
