Hello,
I'm from a small country in South America...Chile....so English is not my native language, my excuses, but I will do my best..If I make a mistake, please fell free to correct me and put me in my place!
A PSA lover, about 10 years ago I had a ZX 2.0 16V...loved it...thinking back I really don't know why I sold it!!!...one of the most interesting car that I had had
Now I'm back with a new project...actually...not a 306 (sorry, was my initial idea, but couldn't find a good one with the budget I had)...but it has a 1.8 16V (also wanted a XU10J4RS....but this time the ones that I found...didnt worth the extra effort)...
So I'm going to make a blend (that strange force that is inside me that makes me change thinks from factory...I'm sure I can do better that those eng. that develops this things in years....I'm sure this is an illness....but..I like it)
Hope you could accept me...I Use to have some experience with the old XU10J4...and I have a LOT of experience in the AUQ / AGU / BAM engine...
Cheers to all of you, and again..sorry for my crapy english
Rolo

There is nothing overly wrong with your english, ive seen a lot worse
Welcome along to the forum, we dont have any problem with people owning cars other than 306's, we have a plethora of other vehicles on here. Get some pics up when you can, sounds like you may have something interesting in store.

Thanks!!!
Actually it's just a Xsara VTS 1.8 16V......I found it after 2 days searching...it is in good shape, for a car from that year need some time on it...and it will be fun!
I bought it because I use to have a car that years ago (that I bought it new and promise myself that i will not change anything ) I use to drive it every day....this illness that I have make me modifiy it...to what it is today (I call it Frank for Frankenstein...its a 100% sleeper car)...its more a big track car than a car that could be driven every day...in fact I think I could...but most of the times its a big effort to control myself (heavy right foot)....last time I drive it trough the city I broke the left driveshaft and the gearbox....so I don't use it very often...in fact...to control myself it is parked at my parents garage.
Now...I start looking for brakes for the Xsara....and start reading...and wondering...and thinking...and dreaming...and I want to install exhaust manifold, intake manifold, cams, injectors .....I would like to make it a bit mor agile...a bit faster and a bit more responsive, a bit more fun.....arrrg....thgis is not going to end in a very nice way...Is this going to bring me problems with my wife
