Not sure you can mod them unless you change the glass

I have one that looks pretty much brand new but failed MOT over here as the beam pattern was for a left hand drive if you're interested. its only drivers side, but i do have a UK passanger

Phase 1 lights are all H4 you wont get H7 in them as the holes are too big. I try'd

They look like s16 twin optic phase 1 lights, they could well be H7 but im not to sure.
