I'm mega skint, if i got my hands on a paddle clutch disk would there be any issue with re using the OEM pressure plate/cover. Id get a new bearing, just looking to save money

Be fine, long as it's not badly hotspotted.

HDI clutch or XUD?
If XUD changing the bearing is a farce tbh, so easier to swap the lot, id personally change it, along with facing the flywheel, paddle clutchs a basturds to bed in at the best of times | Dyno Power Runs & Steady State Facilities Available, Just Ask Anytime |

HDi clutch Darren.
Ill have to take it apart and look at it. Its been in a standard HDi so shouldn't be too badly hot spotted.

I had abused it for a few thousand miles though lol. Obviously its down to money but surely it'll cost you more if you put it back together and then find you've gotta take it apart again and change it.

Clutch hasn't been slipping.

Hasn't been slipping at all. However against my better judgement I have bought a CG clutch kit. Uprated pressure plate, un sprung paddle drive plate and a new bearing for £225 posted.
