Matt if it really comes to it, ive got a VGC set of XS front brakes with discs and pads you could fit for the MOT to get it through

What size are they? I'm just thinking wether I could get the rust of my brakes? If not stick the xs ones on.
Will probably get the engine in, then get it moved to my granddads some how, then sort mot and tax before fcs

^ correct. Matt MOT it up here. You cant drive it down to your grandads (even if you book in down there). We know a very good garage for MOTs
Also, take the wheels off and take some wet and dry to the discs and then a drive up and down the road. Should clear them up nicely.

Niall think I may give that a try at the weekend if I can spare the cash to get there, really want to fit the new front shocks, the rear beam, new beam mouts and braided brake lines. Will be 1 big step towards getting sorted

I think getting a new engine in first should be a priority!

Well we need a crane to start with and to get the engine over their in the first place. Have a word with Scott and see when he can move the engine over to sams. Getting it bolted into the car is only a 15 minute job so dont need the crane for that long. Rest is pretty easy man! It all only goes in one place.
