Hello, Lucas to Bosch???

Hello everyone, just bought a cheap but not so nasty P reg dturbo, but it's got a Lucas fuel pump on and I want to change it to a Bosch so I can run it on veg oil, is it worth the hassle??
By the way its already got 200,000 miles on and still going strong (only just run in)
