Chrome lip alloy refurb
#1
Ok so recently purchased some deep dish alloys with a chrome lip for my 205 , i bought them 2nd hand and got them for 220 delivered with no tyres .
The alloys in topic are 15inch autech deep dish split rim style alloys

Now they turned up yesterday and 2 were ok but 2 had some bad damage on the outer lip

So today i decided to have ago 1st ever Attempt at a refurb , to do one of the worst 2

Here is how it started

[Image: C2163DAA-DC81-4874-A20E-011442E0035E-319...24b735.jpg]

So thats all the same alloy as u can see not looking too good

Anyway 2-3hours of my time later (on just this alloy)( still 3 to do ).
Here it is now

Very nice work mate!

To save time I suggest you do what that bloke did on youtube with the chisel.
But obviously dont use a chisel use sandpaper, should save you loads of time and arm ache!
