Ebay help?

Just bought an item on ebay and realized its not the right one i want, it was a buy it now from a business and i payed through paypal, anyway i can cancel this and get a refund before they send it out? Thanks

Technically you have entered a legal agreement when you bought it.

I would probably message the seller and explain the situation and hope there understanding.

Or yeah you could cancel the PayPal payment I guess but could end up with bad rep or something.

If there a business they should understand

Just explain to em I did it once they were fine and sorted it out and refunded me
