Alarm/Immoboliser car wont start

i did a thread before so i decided to start a whole new one focusing on the alarm itself

so the car doesnt start obviously, when i turn the key i can hear a faint electrical noise thats in tune with the dipped beam flashing on thier own, im guessing thats the alarm going off? theres a red light thats flashing near the blower vent that hasnt been on before, anything i can do to disable the alarm/fix it, as i was insured yesterday and cant even drive it help is massively appreciated
