How Can I undo this?

Red circle nut! Ive soaked it in WD40, no luck, putting lots of force on it, only warps the plastic on the other side (which i've now done to both)

Ive tried putting needle nose pliers on the the funny flat (blue) part, but no luck!

Can anyone help/give any suggestions?

Yes, mainly after I stabbed my self with some needle nosed pliers

Pair of mole grips on the end of the shaft and undo with a spanner, just enough to then get the grips on the flat bit

Its not a visible part at all (the nut and thread im trying to get off will be hidden behind the bumper.

New plan is a cheapo angle grinder. Been hacksawing for about 20 minutes and not even done half of it!!

Snap the plastic then glue it back together once youve removed the nut.

I ended up doing this accidentally afte grinding the nut away!

glued plastic is currently drying in my garage
