Hi mate, that would of been me you met.

Theres so much information on tuning the HDis on here both in the HDi section, the guides section and some very informative project threads

I tuned Jonny81191s (post above) HDi estate when I had it and its running over 160bhp and has been uber reliable running that power for over a year and with only basic mods.

If you search the project section for Dum-Dums Estate youll find the thread from where I built it.
