Faulty Central Locking
#1
Hi guys,

Picked up a Phase 1 Sigma DT today, over the moon with it!

Anyway, the one problem I have come across is that when using the key in the door to activate central locking, it locks then automatically unlocks. I have heard this is a common problem with 306's, and is normally down to the loom in the driver's door?

Firstly, is this correct? Or can something else cause the problem?

And secondly, is there any way of not using the central locking for now until I have time to sort it out? Can I take the fuse out and lock the doors manually? If so, which fuse number is it?

Cheers
Ash

correct 9 times out of 10 its the wiring loom to the door. Can take the fuse out but not sure which one it is.

Thanks Niall I will check over the loom when I have time, but for now I'll take the fuse out so I can at least lock the car.

Cheers ThumbsUp
