no they go straight on afaik, did on my dtub anyway, someone's selling a set on here with discs and pads for 65 quid posted which is a bargain to be honest .
Phase 1 D-Turdo, K14@24 psi, De-cat, meaty backbox, Bosch pump, grinded LDA pin, duel air fed K&N =133.7bhp & 188ft/lbs

Yeah bolt straight on with the original lines. Obviously need new 283mm discs and pads to suit

Also depends what wheels you have on if they will clear them or not.
My 15inch 205 speedlines only just clear the gti setup (and I'm talking by mm)
