Wanted: 16" Tyres / Wheels / Swaps

Hi Guys.

I'm on the hunt for two GOOD tyres, by that i mean a good brand, Toyo or better basically, no budget crap. In 16 inch, open to width and profile.

or

Set of wheels with GOOD tyres.

or

Swap my wheels (dumdum's old crazy paint Airaines) with two good tyres and two borderline for someother form of wheels and possibly cash. Dont want smaller than 15".
