Not sure if 3 door and 5 doors are the same but the right and left handles are different. That being said you can fit a left door handle with a right handle replacement by mixing bits of the broken one and the new one quite easily.

I have bought a new door handle now and painted it my self.
The old door handle got pot rivets is it best to drill those out to remove?
To refit door handle pot rivets or do people use something else?
