Seat mounts

Right guys my drivers seat now has a mind of its on turns out its not the runners of the seat mount but the part of the mount that the seat attaches to. One minute i can be sat normally then put my foot down if not holding on will be laid in the back seat (i know the comments will be coming lol) my questions are

1 where is the best place to get the parts

2 does anyone have any laying around out there that they are will to part

The runners are fine it the pieces of metal that they attach to. Which in turn attaches to the bottom of the seat.

Mine has a tendency of doing this up bumpy roads try push the reclining handle down towards the floor if i do this in mine it tends to lock the seat.
