build s16 engine

Hi

I have 306 S16 with RFT engine,
I wanted to know what is my options to get 250 horse power without opening the engine, The highest reliability as possible.

I'm open to suggestions, turbo, throttles, Super.
What requires minimal changes in engine bay ?

not possible without boost, low boost lynx is the only way.

I would not start tuning an s16 without a rebuild anyway, they are old and tired.
