So for those that don't know, a soggy bottom is basically when the middle of your pizza, well, goes soggy!
http://www.jamieoliver.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=37154
this drives me MAD! - So i read around, and bought a tray with holes in the bottom, to supposedly let moisture escape. this failed.
So today, i had read about raising the middle of the pizza, so i attempted that, and this, ALSO failed!
Yes that is a limited edition smarties egg cup! BOOM!
Does anyone know how to cure this?!

I just put the pizza straight on the wire shelf, with a baking tray on the shelf below to catch any melted cheese...nice crispy base every time.

There was a product that appeared on Dragons Den AGES ago that fixed the problem.
Can't remember what it was called though. Hmm

Yeah, go to the front door, pick up the pizza menu that's been put through, choose your desired pizza, order it, retrieve a beer from the fridge, relax!

Don't buy crap pizzas......I use normal non stick trays with the sainburys middle spec pizza (about 2.40 usually) and give them 15 mins....comes out crispy every time.....
However the handmade ones from sainsburys or Asda always end up soggy......
