Im having bother getting my front bumer to sit high enough in the middle to avoid a gap between it and the grille. I have tightened the four nuts best i can at the highest position but it still just sags.
Any ideas how i could sort it?

How is it aligned at the wings?
Sometimes you can rotate the eccentric side mounts to fix this. It lowers the rear and brings the front up a tad. Beware though, as you don't want to have a massive panel gap between the bumper and the wings.

Will give it a go bud. Its tight at the wings at the minute so might be some adjustment available

Has it had a nudge at the front at any point?
Could be slightly misaligned if its bent the chassis mounting points slightly.

Does your bumper still have the three plastic "tabs" along the bottom of the front?
If it does undo the three bolts slightly then pull the bumper up then get someone to tighten the bolts.

But if they're pushed forward won't that rotate the bumper around the mounting point that holds it to the car thus pushing the bumper up slightly at the top in the middle?

I only have one of the tabs at the bottom so might make some from some sheet steel see if that helps.
Tbh i think im gonna take the grill and all off again, tighten the nuts as high as possible then use some cable ties in the centre to hold it up

All the tabs on the estate are broken and that sags like a bitch. I'm going to use some ally strip I have at work to sort it for now but I really could do with a new bumper for it.

Okay managed to improve this massively tonight by simply taking it all off, bumper lights grill etc and putting it back together. What i realised is that the grille sat perfectly with the lights out but with them in it pulled the grille away from the bumper. So after adjusting the light fixing points this is how it sits now

No perfect under the pass headlight but better. Should be able to sort it with some more tweaking

You need to get someone top hold the bumper up while you tighten the bolts up.
