Things to do while engine is out
#1
So while the engine is out of the gti what is it going to be worth doing

Cambelt + waterpump is obvious
Engine mounts
Check top mount cup
Gear linkages
Fluids and filter
Clutch

Anything else that will be much easier with the block and box out basically and anything I might forget for the swap

Its a 306, I just assumed the AC would be f*cked! lol

I certainly don't hate it....in fact that's one of the reasons I'm not getting another 306...AC and pollen filter ftw!

Nah will replace the engine and then decide what to do with the old one after I strip that down and see what damage was done as and when I get chance
