I have seen on here some people remove the spring from the clutch pedal.
could anybody tell me the advantage of doing this and should i remove mine. (gti 6).

When I removed mine it got rid of the stiffness right at the bottom of the travel as that is when you start to compress the stuuuuupidly stiff spring.

There was a recall to remove them shortly after the PH3 was released. It was causing some clutches to slip and wear prematurely. Sack it off. Also makes the clutch feel much nicer.

lol its literally just two ball joints. Use a flat head to pop the clips out of the ball joint cups then pull it off (giggidy)
