Whats the best fuel pump for the 306hdi?

Nuffin just wondering as people are talking on here bout bmw and that just wundering if they greater the power

You wont need one of those till you get past about 180bhp but its the R70 high pressure pump off the ?30D series and pretty much every 2.7 HDi including ford,jag,psa as well as some of the 2.2 HDis

Ohh cool will changing my clutch to race clutch make a difference ? As my car is not remaped but soon will be

No changing your clutch wont make any difference to your fuel pump.




















But it should hold more power than a standard one as long as you don't get a shit ebay one. A good new standard valeo will hold a fair old bit of power so see what your mapper says.

So many things to consider though if you want a full stage 2 you will a good clutch preferably a paddle and a fmic.

Read the guides. Dum dum has written out some really good ones with plenty of detail. Any questions after you've read them then feel free to ask. And if your looking at going further than a stage two, spend some time on google as its going to get complicated.
