Well done for getting on the ladder tho bestthing you can do when your young, once you start renting your always gonna struggle to save up a deposit to buy a house

If you buy through right to buy you can get a 100% mortgage. Its a safe investment for the bank, they're lending me 45k for 110k worth of house...

I doubt I'd get one though because I only work part time... I know paying the mortgage wouldn't be a problem but they'll see it as I don't earn enough.
