306 hdi takes longer to start and won't rev past 2500?

Best guess would be that "Air flow sensor" related error putting the ECU in limp home mode.

Just to clarify, we unplugged the MAF and it still started the same and was still in limp. As above the pump has been changed so unless there's a loss of pressure there, plus the fpr has been changed but he hasn't cleaned it so he's gonna do that
