Mines always smokey on first start of the day, fine once it warms up though.

It's got a diesel leak. Air gets in. Fine after a few minutes. Glow plugs done 6m ago. I know it'll be ok with the new pump on.

revving the crap out of it when its that cold aint the best way to prolong ya engine or turbo!
