hi guys i think my starter is playing up the wire from starter to battery gets realy hot causing battery to get green stuff on... today i went to start it and when on 2nd click it had a high pitch screem and speedo goes to 140 i tried bumping it a little but was rolling enough but after that it started but stopped and it was fine for another 2 starts then stopped again and did the same so i let it roll in 1 then took it out off gear and it started straight away

Sounds like that wire getting hot is either f*cked or to small. Or your battery terminals are shit. Check all terminals all earths and all the terminals and wires on the starter aswell.
Doesnt even own a 306.
