My 306 HDI (2001) has felt a bit sluggish recently especially below 2000rpm giving a bit of a laggy feel until it comes on boost. Today I unplugged the MAF and it feels a lot better with it unplugged. Surefire sign the MAF has had it?
Thanks

Thanks guys. Is it likely to do any harm driving with it unplugged? Mine's remapped Stage 1.

Not really any harm, it just wont be as economical as it could be with a new MAF

Cool thanks. Would it perform any better with a working MAF or is it just MPG it'll affect?

Honestly couldn't tell the difference between no maf and brand new VDO mag, haven't calculated mpg yet though, but going to take a long time to earn the 70 quid back though!
