Inlet/Exhaust Gasket
#1
Got a few bits going on with the dt this weekend which will be updated in the project thread in due course ninja

I still have a gasket which came with a head set I bought a while back and is like a material composite, should I use this or go for a steel one like the one in the link below. Not sure if the same rules apply to inlet gaskets as with HG's, ie steel = win, anything else = do it again!

Much love!!!

I did wonder, I have to say. Just wasn't sure it would really matter as much as the HG. Looks like I'm going to have to get down to the factors in the morning then!

I got my gasket from Pug and it was the metal one, yet I took a thick, squashy one off when I swapped.

Yea last time I did a head it was a thick one that came off and that was holding boost fine but if steel is going to be better long term then it's a no brainer as its mot something I want to do again for a while!
