Well to save a lot of hassle if u look on ebay u can get a race tube ready made and also a de cat
they ain't very expensive either

You have a 1.4 dude it really dosnt matter what you do with the exhaust it wont make feck all improvment to power really. If you put a massive tube in and de cat it . It will be asloud as feck and every one on the street will point and laugh because it sounds like some one is flying up the street at 80mph and as they turn to look they will see a 306 doing 30mph
Realisticaly id just put a subtle back box on it and leave it at that. I agree with Puglove.
There was a guy round here with a 1.1 106, had tips sticking out at both sides of the bumper, made a f*ck load of noise and could set car alarms. You'd look round and it had hardly moved after making loads of noise |
