I guess the laughable thing is the transmission / drivetrain loss? Which seems pretty hefty!

Yes, there is a lot of power loss through the transmission, but drive a quattro hard on a soaking wet road and you can't help but be impressed

yeah surely a diff gone wrong?!
the S4 I have driven and the rs4 with the v6 twin turbo...both much quicker than 230 at the wheels... they are nuts Wishes for more power...
