Think about it this way, intelligent person sees an electricity substation and stays the f*ck away. Idiot sees it, and if it wasn't for the warning signs would probably go and lick one of the transforms and be blown to pieces... Bin the signs, let natural selection take it's natural course

To be fair, there must be a reason for that...no ones gunna get away with putting up a specific rack for a hose on a auto reeling hose if there wasnt a reason lol..
