Hey guys still looking for a 306 found one but its got 175000 on the clock ive seen some with alot more any advice?

All depends on the model & service history, if it's a dt/hdi with history saying that it's been regularly serviced them there should be no problem.
If its a xsi/gti with no service history, I'd say no!

Id check it out a bit more 1st mate. Ring up as about the history , if its got FSH or even PSH its worth. Going to have a look at. When you get there jist check the engine over a bit better when you get there. I.E all levels , check the top of the oil/ warter cap for signs of if the head gasket has gone or if its bin done in the past. GoThen take it for a good long test drive . Keep an eye on temps and listen out for unusal noises.

If all seems good it should be good for as long as look after it

I bought mine 146k hdi. Full service history. I've done well over 10k in it so far and still runs perfect. Engine wise all I've done it usually cam belt aux belt and service. I had problem with crankshaft pully other week and that was it .
