glowplugs

my car is in need of some new glow plugs so off comes the inter cooler and gave it a go getting them out but they are pretty tight in there and i didn't want to sheer them off in the head any ideas how to get them out ??

Run the engine until its hot and try again, i always coat them in copper grease when i put them back in

One or more of them could well be cross threaded by a previous owner.

warm engine up and i usually clean threads in block with a pipe cleaner and then copper slick on plugs not too much though lol

Once you crack it off a bit tighten and undoe a few times to work the thread so you dont damage thread taking it out
