changing gear selector arms.

I've manged to remove one off my nad box wanting to fit it to the hdi box, but the one on the hdi box the pins just don't want to budge I've tried heat verious hammers and random tools but still no joy. 

Any one know of an easy way to remove the pins??

These devils?

there is two roll pins (one inside the other) knock the inner one out first then the outer (can see the two on the right of the photo)

I just used a suitable sized punch for each plus WD40 to help it out.

That's the ones I got the one off the bx box fairly easy but hdi box I couldn't shift them in end I gave up and stuck the box on as it was and from what it feels like up in the air it seems ok, but have to wait till I get it on floor and driving to see if it's fine.
