nope, looks fine to me.

Could you explain how it works then?
![]() This is how I see it. Under the temp sensor there is an earth point. Both pins 1 and 2 are connected directly to earth through that sensor. That means that pin 39 on the ECU is earthed via cable 1423 (Ve) That earth point on the temp sensor also connects to pin 1 on the temp sensor. And then goes through the variable resistor in the temp sensor. Then up through 1422 (Ba) it joints the joint earth point. If that drawing makes any sense at all it shows that both pins on the temp sensor are earthed only pin 1 goes through a variable resistor. But then if the common earth was earthed through the ECU then that would make that entire temp sensor redundant as both pins 1 and 2 would be a direct connection to ground and what would be the point of that?

the drawing for the fuel temp sensor is wrong!
the body is not earthed to any of the pins according to peugeots drawings Pin 2 is not earthed pin 1 is ![]() https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ GTI6 Info Don’t drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.

Bingo. That would make a hell of lot more sense haha. I was sure something wasn't looking very clever in that drawing in the Haynes manual haha

its not the first time the haynes manual has been wrong
ive also found autodata to be wrong as well as the peugeot drawing cable numbers on other stuff ![]() https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ GTI6 Info Don’t drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.

Peugeot just make it up as they go along, how can you expect Autodata or Haynes to keep up?
