You can find C5 steels cheap in scrapyards, all sorts of tyres. Some tyres are half the weight of others.

You can snipe good turbos on ebay for 99p, just keep an open mind and bid on any remotely reasonable looking 99p starting bid turbo. Also snipe at cheap intercoolers.
