As per my thread in the lounge, I'm returning my car to standard and giving it a good going over so as such I need some parts.
For Swap for standard items plus cash my way, will have to meet somewhere to do the swap:
- Full turbo back longlife stainless exhaust ('mild sport') with lifetime guarantee. Been on the car for around 4 years, 30K, still in fantastic condition. Can get photos and videos on request. Swap for a standard HDi system, with cat.
- Full Apex suspension kit. Shortened shocks, matched springs on the front, been on my car for around 4 years, done about 30K miles. Swap for standard meridian suspension or similar. Cannot be DTurbo/GTi-6 suspension as the beam I have is at monster truck meridian height!
Wanted:
- Indicator Relay
- Front wiper motor
Probably more when I think of it, will update the thread as necessary.
Cheers

Well it was £300 new, and has a lifetime guarantee, so I dunno, make me an offer!

Cheers dude, I don't know what the easiest way to swap the suspension is, but if having the hubs on males my life easier that's always a bonus!

Which relay is the indicator 1? Is it the Orange 1? If so can sort you that and the wiper motor.
Message me if interested.

That might be useful, Dan. I'm in Brum, but am coming to Cornwall for Easter weekend, so will be passing through Taunton then if nobody has done me a trade by then?

Of those of you offering front suspension, who's are fully built up struts? I don't have, and don't intend to buy spring compressors so I want complete struts if at all possible.

Come to think of it I've also a few pairs of front shocks here fully built up - one set being off a HDi.

Fancy fitting all these bits as well, Dan? :-P
Chris, won't it be easier without the hubs? I've never done it before, but I guessed it'd be easier to just do the struts?
I needs me some rear shocks, too, by the way.

Check straps! I knew I was missing something.
Drivers one is utterly f*cked (bit that holds the pin has actually split now!), and the rest are pretty creaky no matter has well I grease them, so could do with doing the lot really. Anyone got a good set of 2nd hand ones, or a price/part number/source for them new?

It's easier to remove them like that, but can strip the hubs off if wanted.

Can someone confirm that L/LX suspension is the same as meridian stuff?
