Oh and damn you making me want another BMW!!!!
(edit; you and the 330d that absolutely f*cked off from us the other night)
It's all in the first post bud:

Absolutely spot on after a clean, tiny bit of rust on corner of drivers side front wing and ABS light on - can hardly complain!
Ideally it needs a new wing, after thrashing it about last night the wing is rusted a bit more then I thought.
Get one mate, so cheap and cheerful.
£300 wouldn't even get you a turbo for the S14!

What are you like :p?
AS for the cat. £40? If it's a genuine BMW one you ought to see if you can get a better price by the sounds of it.

Changed the air filter, decided on a panel for the minute but will probably swap out for a large cone at some point.
Fitted my End Tuning chip.
Changed the spark plugs, 5/6 were covered in oil, never seen this before but isn't apparently uncommon. Obviously a lot of oil dropped into cylinders when I removed the old plugs.
Also cleaned the sunroof glue/gunk that remained after taking the lining off.

Was the oil actually around the top of the plugs, then dripped down onto the threads? More than likely just the rocker cover gasket if that's the case, there's 6 'O' rings that seal the spark plug chambers

The oil was covering most of the spark plugs completely lol...

I see.. maybe worth doing a compression test? Or is it just a thing that happens on m50's?

Meh, not bothered to be honest, it's hardly worth investigating providing it runs/drives/drifts.
According to a BMW forum it's not uncommon so I'm not really bothered.

Changed the oil last night, the old stuff was pretty bad and the oil filter was disgusting, well needed/deserved oil change I think!
Went for Castrol GTX 10W-40 Part Synthetic which was £13 for 4L at Asda.
Shame the magnetic sump plug wouldn't thread in.
Also fitted a boss.
Quick release.
Fake OMP steering wheel (which isn't round at the top, never had problem with fakes before but this is bad).
Also found an old radio for it, just need a harness/adapter.

Got around to fitting my generic £140 eBay coilovers last night.
Feels sooooooo much better to drift now! Might go a tiny bit lower yet.
Front tyres scrubbed the helper spring but luckily had some 5mm spacers lying around so put them on the front!
How she sits this morning!
