1.5 xnd turboing

These 1500 non turbo Diesel engines they put in the Saxos & 106s can they be turbo'ed & the xud's 1900 Bosch pump fitted ? Was reading a for sale thread on here the other day car came with all the bits do convert it , anyone done it & seen any good results ?
