Won an auction on eBay an the guy just got on touch saying I only won as he ended it early. Think he meant to end auction rather than sell to highest bidder.
Is it just a case of accept it an move on Can't see eBay getting involved

Would of thougjt he would have to sell it to you now as he entered into an ebay contract

My mate won a D turbo on ebay earlier this week and has had no contact from the seller. I dont know why people put things on ebay and then just mess people around. Lady gardens the lot of them!!

Someone just did this to me. Ended a nursing chair early and it sold to me. then said he made an error and it will be relisted as he is new but they have 100 feedbacks so cant be that *new*
