The issues are the oil leak which is either a turbo line, sump or rocker gacket. All easy fixed
The warnings on the dash are
ABS, TC, ESP - all because of 2 rear ABS sensors
Anti pollution fault - because of DPF
all the stored faults are DPF or ABS sensor related bar the map sensor is gone.
Other stuff is minor like theres no reverse feed to the sat nav, the outside thermometer is apparently incorrect, the speedo and sat nav speed dont quite match and my key is rubbish etc
Oh and have my wheels in the back of the car. Peugeot 5008 18" Magnetik wheels. gonna look awesome.

I quite like the 406 coupe, considered one myself a few times. What management is it on, bosch or siemens? If its bosch your laughing 180 bhp with just a remap!

That's just f*cking porn right there. I've often thought of getting one of these one day. First job, get the DPF removed, then map it ![Big Grin Big Grin](https://www.306oc.co.uk/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.png) Yep, waiting for my new map on email and about to put overalls on and go and remove the DPF and CAT.

I got it cheaper cos of the faults, the only one i didnt know about was the boost sensor and a new one is only £40 so im just gonna swap it.

How comes I got a warning for my post?
I know I was being a bit of a lady garden but it was all in jest.
If you can't take a joke without handing out warnings perhaps you're not in a position to be a moderator? Just a suggestion, particularly since you no longer own a 306 anyway.
BTW, whilst you may not like it, I did get a positive rep for one of my posts in this thread already....
Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

Nice car, should go well with that remap!
Many other plans for it?
Hope you keep it long enough to bring it to the April camping meet!

Since you seem to be unable to reply to this in PM ill tell you here:
Your warning was not specifically for that post it was for several posts over the last week or so.
Yes you are a bit of a lady garden, sadly not the useful part either.
I have discussed this with other forum staff who also agree. you rarely word stuff as jokes and nobody ever seems to be laughing with you, more at how much of an arse you are sometimes.
I am more than fit to be a moderator, its a 306 owners club and Ive owned more 306s than most people here however that is hardly a qualifying character. An interest in fairness right and wrong and doing whats right for the club even if it means you might not be liked for it all traits that make good mods.
As for getting rep it is regular practice here to be given rep for making arse hole comments if they make other people laugh and thus proves nothing.

Worth it though IMO, it still only works out at a few quid a month extra

i do like the coupes, i have thought about switching to a 406 coupe. But tbh there isnt anything major wrong with my HDi to give it the elbow.
also why you getting shot of the 2.1 sedan? id have thought you would have kept that for bit, and got your moneys worth. seems a bit of a waste to me,

Serious question, does yours have the leccy tilt/slide seats or just the manual ones?
The one I test drove last year had electric tilt and slide seats which were incredibly slow and the drivers side one didn't work either. Also the boot open warning light wouldn't go out!
If they're available with manually tilting seats I'm having increasing thoughts of replacing my 306 with one later in the year, as the prices have dropped recently. Trouble is, can't work out if a kiddy seat will fit in the rear bench as they are almost bucket shaped...

Boot warning light works fine as far as im aware. The rears are very bucket like yes.

They are incredibly slow though across the board, if it's raining you end up standing there and just getting soaked if you have passengers who need to get in the back. It may well be that they were quicker when they were first brought out and the motors have got tired and runners clogged with dust/crap so a clean up may help them out a little.

It's only the cars with leather that have the electric seats.
Tip for passengers, if I have them in the back then when they get out I leave the seat forward makes it much easier and quicker to get back in
My kids have done many miles in the back of the coupe and both ar seats fit fine

How old are your kids though Swampy? We have a stage 1 MaxiCosi Cabriofix seat which isn't that bulky at the moment but in the next few months she will need a stage 2+ seat. These are even bulkier and I know the Coupe doesn't have isofix (as standard anyway).
I think I'm pretty much knackered.
Be useful if the leathers could be converted to manual slide too, as it was the one thing which stood out to me as being a PITA.
