3 plugs in rearside(door)well? HELP?

Im about to install the CF doorcards, ive got a LHD 306, on my driversside (YOUR PASSENGERSIDE) in the rear(door(well there is a piece of metal bolthed with 3 bolts and on this are 3 plugs fitted.

What are they for?

i hope you guys understand what i mean? its bolted on the bottom of the B pillar in the rearwell

I hope this isnt something big since ive unplugged it and unbolted is and binned it
