Do it yourself pal, really is simple.
Get yourself 1 roll I masking tape 1 fibreglass matting kit (£10 halfords) Some filler Primer Paint Lacquer Mine took about an hour if that!

I did mine impatiently and stuck abit of wore mesh in the recess and filled over the top with fibreglass it weighs a tonne lol gunna strip it at some point and do it again with a piece of my othe grill

Yeah mate cut it out like so
Rough up the back with the dremel Masking tape over the painted side Turn upside down Fibreglass the shit out of it Rip off masking tape Sand down so all the fibreglass sits lower than the painted surface Fill with filler Sand smooth Primer Paint Lacquer Job done

Lol, don't think you can really tell any difference with mine tbh.

needs some more work, i've sprayed a guide coat onto it, it was in primer, but there are a few lumps and bumps

You'll smooth them out easy enough, use a block to make sure you get the angles right and you'll be fine.

To be fair I still love doing it but is slow tedious work.

true that. and i stil have to plug and fill the aerial hole, and the rub strip holes. and then find and smooth a bonnet! my right arm is gunna be HENCH

Bonnets are easy enough, you need to get yourself a small detail sander to get the thickness of it off, makes it a lot easier!
I'd come give you a hand but its a bit of a trek
