Megane mk3 headlight adjustment

Looking for how to adjust the headlights the other day, I found the adjustment for up and down its located on top with a allen key/phillips screw driver bit to adjust....

I also found on the back of the head light, a white plastic male bit of an allen key (8mm socket fits on to it), I moved it around a little and I couldn't see it doing anything.

Does anyone know what this is for?

It will likely move it side to side

I thought that may be the case, but when i moved it nothing seemed to happen, perhaps it wasn't enough I shall try it later thanks piggy

As you said piggy it was left to right, wound it in a shit ton an the right side was point to the left kerb
