Hi guys,
what are the correct part numbers and the shocks which are considered the ones to have?
205 Grp A - Tarmacs - 460/250 - 24-023139 - £300
205 Grp N - Challenge - 350/200 - 24-010382 - £160
306 B6/8 - - 24-020749 - £182
306 B4 - - 19-068145 - £75
I cant find any details for the 306 tarmac (600/300) and forest dampers (500/275) or 205 forest dampers (360/250). Can anyone shed any light and which would you recommend?

205 tarmac will do you if youre on 21mm bars, 306 tar was 23mm iirc.

Just on standard bars ATM. I think the group n challenge ones are probably best for me right now as beam setup will change in the future.

ordered b8 fronts on eibach springs. and now looking into the rears which seems to be the biggest confusion. If anyone can explain the numbers and what is suitable for fast road and a bit of track that would be great. All I know right now is the higher the number the stiffer they get. I think im currently leaning towards the 205 grp n challenges for £160.
Also does anyone know where to get new suspension top mounts? ECP dont seem to have them any more. I need to check if ive got a decent set lying around.

i run gravel dampers on a road 205, i would use the tar dampers on a 306, its heavier so needs that higher damping rates.
i use them on a zx.

I'm running the 205 group n bilstein on the rear - prefer the setup compared to the B8 I had on before, the group n are a shed load thicker.
ride slightly harsher on the rear, but not much - deffo go well with 21mm bars
thought ecp / cp4less did a skf top bearing mount / bearing kit?

Another vote for the B46-2313 Group A's up to 21mm bars.
Found the grp N's to be a little soft for 21mm bars.

Group N rear's for std ish use, Group A for track work, I can get these too with better pricing than the above as well.
