last week we got a nice little trailer off ebay,
but as you can see its been rebuilt with galv steel,
but the wheels are poor and one has rusted all the way through
so the wheels and small and expensive so ive got hold of a pair of stub axles hubs and drums localy
so going to get them welded to a length of box section and mount that as the axle onto the leaf springs.
then we can fit 4x108 wheels witch tyres and £7 fitted for part worns here,
saves £30 a trailer tyre, and car ones can handle more weight,
and we can fit 17" alloys for when i take the trailer to the cars shows with all the gear big pimping
dout anyone cares, but thought id start one to show if people want to make a trailer and dont want to pay silly prices for trailer axles
thanks

Good ol' Rusty, is that beast still going, or is it dead now?

Being rebuilt I think, its all a bit hush hush but they keep posting up random things from time to time, it was such a shame that the garage burned down and killed it for a second time!
Last looked like this before the fire................
